The personal data we collect and process includes:

Event Management: To enable you to visit to the exhibition, we will register you in our internal platform, your name, email addresses, , enterprise name, job position between your organization with Huawei and login information (account name) will be processed based on our legitimate interest of enabling us to more effectively manage our event and provide our service to you, as per Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Besides, we will also processing your personal data (Name, email address) provided by HANNOVER to manage your registration status, if you get the HANNOVER MESSE 2025 tickets from Huawei. This processing is also based on legitimate interest of better managing our event, as per Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR.
Promotion of the event: To promote the event, we may photograph or make audio or video recordings during this event. As such, some of your personal data, such as your full or partially image, may be recorded unintentionally as an accessory image while you are in this venue. These recordings may be broadcast live and shared on Huawei's external media platforms. In addition, we may store these recordings digitally for later use in Huawei's promotional materials. Such materials may be distributed through digital channels (such as Huawei's official websites and social media accounts) or through offline channels (such as pamphlets and brochures). The processing scenarios are all based on our legitimate interest of marketing the event held by us, as per Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Download conference materials: Based on our legitimate interest in marketing, as per Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR, your personal data includes your last name, first name, email address, phone number (optional), country, region, company, industry, and subscription to Huawei marketing information will be processed when you scan the QR code to obtain marketing materials at the HANNOVER MESSE exhibition area.
Project approach（https://www.messe.de/en/deutsche-messe/privacy-policy）based on your consent therein, we would further contact business participants for workshop, POC or ordering requests. In such cases, your requests connected to your personal account will be needed. This processing is applicable for offline participants and based on your consent. You can exercise your right of withdrawal through the same contact channel when we contact you or according to section 4 of this statement.

2.How long and where do we store your data

The data retain period may vary with scenario and service. Your personal data will be stored in the EU. After the retention period expires, we will erase or anonymize your personal data.

3.How do we share your data？

(1) Disclosure of your personal data outside of the EU/EEA:

Event Management	We use the CIMS system deployed in Germany, remotely process your relevant data in third countries, to have our local affiliates outside of the EU/EEA to coordinate participants on our behalf, we will disclose your data provided for registration. We procure event organization suppliers to produce your name tag, your relevant data will be shared with them as well.	As a global company, your personal data collected by Huawei may be processed or accessed in EU or in other countries/regions outside EU. Huawei complies with GDPR applicable legal requirements for providing adequate safeguards by incorporating the Standard Contractual Clauses with relevant supplementary measures in such transfer. Promotion of the event	Video shooting or photograph in general about the venue, will be disseminated globally on our social media channels, presentation, brochures.

(2) Disclosure of your personal data within the EU/EEA:

(3) Disclosures related to legal requirements and business transactions

Huawei may share your data in response to a legal process or request from a competent authority based on an applicable law or in connection with legal proceeding or process.

Your data may also be disclosed as part of merger, acquisition, sale of assets (such as service agreements) or transition of service to a Huawei group or other relevant company.

Right of Access	You have the right to obtain from Huawei confirmation as to whether or not Personal Data concerning you is being processed and, where that is the case, access to a copy of the Personal Data and specific information about how Huawei processes your Personal Data.
Right of Rectification (Correction)	You have the right to obtain from Huawei the correction of inaccurate Personal Data concerning you and also the right to have incomplete Personal Data completed.
