HUAWEI @FTTH 2026 in London is an event organized by Huawei Technologies Dusseldorf GmbH, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Germany, and its registered office located at Hansaallee 205, 40549 Düsseldorf, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Huawei”, "we", "us" or "our").

We take your privacy seriously and take all appropriate security measures to protect it in accordance with the industry's well-established safety standards. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

1. How do we process your personal data, and what is the legal basis?

After you consent at the Huawei booth, Huawei scans your badge and gets your personal data, which you previously input when register FTTH event. Huawei downloads this information from the sponsor working portal of FTTH.

2. How long and where do we store your data?

The data retention period may vary depending on the scenario and service. Unless otherwise stated in Section 4, your personal data will be stored in Ireland. After the retention period expires, we will erase or anonymize your personal data.

4. How do we share your data?
