Your First name, Last name or the nickname you entered when join the online meeting; 2. The IP address and your device type will be processed in order to connect you to the meeting server; 3. If you enable the camera for video meetings and the microphone for audio meetings, your face image and voice will also be recorded. 4. You First name, Last name and Email will be used to send the meeting link and replay link to you. |

Participants satisfaction survey: when participating the AI Cybersecurity Forum 2025 online or in the offline venue, the viewers will receive requests of survey or be disseminated the hardcopy of survey relevant to the topics, either about the technologies or about your career planning, to assess the opinions of the business participants in order to evaluate the impact of our events. | If you choose to conduct the survey, your personal account and the registration data connected, including your email, first name, last name, country/region, company, job title and your interested session will be processed with your valued opinions and comments submitted. | Huawei processes your personal data based on your consent. We retain your personal data for no longer than that is necessary for the purposes defined in this Statement.
In particular: The data retain period will be with 2 Years after event to enable proper execution of the purposes as stated above, but if you decide to withdraw your consent, we will erase your personal data processed based on this consent immediately.
Unless otherwise stated hereunder, your personal data will be stored within EEA. After the retention period expires, we will erase or anonymize your personal data, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
