Jiangsu Future Networks Innovation Institute and Huawei recently signed a cooperation agreement on the development of Future Network Test Facility, a major national scientific and technological infrastructure project. Huawei will use cutting-edge wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) transmission technologies to provide comprehensive solutions for future backbone transmission networks. This project will cover 40 core cities in China, connect 88 backbone network nodes and 133 edge networks, and interconnect with network test beds all around the world.
