The Huawei fiber to the machine (FTTM) solution uses passive optical network technologies to build a super-distance port control network that features a simple architecture, wide coverage, deterministic low latency, high security and reliability, and easy O&M.

Architecture
Based on the F5G technology, the F5G port super-remote control solution implements multi-port interconnection through OTN, and implements intra-port access and control through the FTTM. This solution builds a deterministic low-latency, secure, and reliable remote control network for ports.
