With IR light compensation extending up to 200 meters — with minimum illumination as low as 0 lux, for the X6981-Z20 — images are clear even in ultra-low-light conditions, with a built-in defogging filter also improving image clarity in foggy conditions.
A tilt angle of up to –20° tilt combined with an enlarged field of view make either camera applicable to complex terrains, with Global Positioning System (GPS), BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS), and time calibration modules built-in.
While built-in Neural Network Processing Units (NPUs) improve the computing efficiency of deep learning algorithms such as face detection and attribute recognition, both models are Software-Defined Cameras (SDCs): that means that they can be updated remotely, online, benefiting from algorithm upgrades that effectively future-proof end-user investment.
Powered by Artificial Intelligence, both cameras are capable of recognizing diverse scenarios in real-time, making targeted settings to improve image quality. The object classification algorithm can detect up to 50 objects simultaneously, with crowd density detection and queue length detection — based on deep learning — also a key feature.
With area cropping allowing users to view fine details even when bandwidth is limited, stream smoothing ensures overall video quality and fluency.
