One Fiber and One Terminal per Room: Building an All-Optical Premium Hotel
The Huawei Intelligent Fiber to the Office (iFTTO) solution for hotels is a hotel campus network solution built on the passive optical LAN (POL) technology. One fiber network carries various services in multiple scenarios, such as fiber to the guest room, fiber to the reception desk, fiber to the camera, and fiber to the optical AP. The passive optical distribution network (ODN) achieves high reliability and supports elastic capacity expansion and flexible evolution in the future.

Architecture
The Huawei iFTTO solution for hotels is a hotel campus network solution built on the POL technology. It extends one fiber to each guest room, public area, or office to carry services such as phone, PC, IPTV, and Wi-Fi, providing premium network experience for users.
Products
Based on PON technology, passive all-optical network access solutions enable access by any media, tailored to enterprises, ISPs, and MSOs.
The OptiXstar product series extends optical connectivity to every home, enterprise, and campus, bringing families closer and making enterprise operations far more efficient.
It offers real-time node monitoring on the entire PON, as well as automatic ONU/ORE service configuration, significantly enhancing device deployment and service provisioning efficiency. Additionally, faults can be swiftly located and rectified, leading to improved O&M efficiency and reduced OPEX.
