Prodotti, soluzioni e servizi per le aziende
As fintech continues to evolve, financial institutions are surrounded by three critical challenges: tightening data sovereignty regulations, explosive growth of innovative services, and escalating security threats. To navigate these challenges during intelligent transformation, Huawei has launched new AI-ready resilient infrastructure solutions. Featuring an upgraded active-active architecture, intelligent O&M, and situational awareness, these solutions guide financial institutions from informatization to digitalization. Huawei has also introduced a lightweight inference solution for Artificial Intelligence Data Centers (AIDCs), laying a future-proof foundation for the transition from digitalization to intelligence.
From traditional to cloud data centers, and now to AIDC, resilience remains the bedrock of finance. To support customers through this journey, Huawei previously announced the 4 Zeros resilience value proposition and established the R-A-A-S solution framework: Reliability, Availability, Autonomy, and Security.
To meet rising customer expectations in the intelligent world, Huawei has now refreshed its 4 Zeros value proposition and upgraded the framework to version R-A-A-S 2.0. This comprehensive upgrade spans architecture, solutions, and infrastructure, adding new capabilities like disaster recovery consulting, intelligent traffic scheduling, and heterogeneous disaster recovery to elevate active-active resilience. This resilient architecture seamlessly converges general-purpose and AI computing. Through AIDC integrated inference, Agentic AIOps, and multi-layered security solutions, Huawei helps global financial institutions accelerate AI innovation and build future-proof, AI-ready resilient infrastructure.

Key Solution 1: Lightweight Inference Solution
As digital transformation accelerates and Agentic AI adoption grows, financial institutions must strike a balance between agile innovation and data sovereignty compliance. To tackle pain points such as limited data center space, slow computing infrastructure deployment, and high uncertainty in tech stack evolution, Huawei has introduced a lightweight inference solution. Built for simple deployment, strict compliance, and continuous evolution, it empowers financial institutions to seize AI opportunities and gain an early edge.
Fast deployment: Modular prefabricated delivery cuts the deployment cycle from six to three months, accelerating time-to-market.
Flexible evolution: Hardware-software synergy lowers the barriers to entry for AI computing, allowing institutions to start small while supporting dynamic scaling, seamless switching, and smooth upgrades.
Target network planning: AI-assisted design and three simulation technologies—integrated cabling, liquid cooling, and power usage effectiveness (PUE)—ensure safe, reliable AIDC planning. This significantly accelerates target network deployment, offering a future-ready foundation for intelligent and digital finance.
Key Solution 2: Active-Active Architecture Upgrade
Traditional active-standby architectures often suffer from low resource utilization, long failover times, and a high risk of business interruption. To overcome these limitations, Huawei, together with its partners, provides a complete and competitive solution package built around the financial industry's requirements for always-on availability, rock-solid reliability, and strict compliance, helping institutions upgrade their architectures.
1. Application-level active-active transformation consulting: Co-developed with our partner HAtech, this solution distills over 200 best practices from the financial industry into a three-dimensional design methodology, that is, Architecture, Technology, and Operations (ATO). Leveraging experienced experts and proven methodologies, it provides comprehensive diagnostics and assessments for existing data centers across the full-link architecture, technology stacks, and O&M systems. Closely aligned with customers' business and technology strategies, it delivers a customized blueprint and transformation roadmap that ensures effective implementation and comprehensively improves business resilience, system stability, and operational continuity.
2. Intelligent traffic scheduling solution: Jointly developed by Huawei and ZDNS, this solution features deep, precise fault detection and multi-dimensional analysis across over 170 core indicators. Once a risk is identified, the system automatically generates the optimal traffic distribution policy using intelligent scheduling algorithms, enabling rapid traffic scheduling across data centers. The solution combines deep detection, intelligent scheduling, and sub-second switchover with zero impact on user experience.
3. Active-standby disaster recovery cloud platform: Jointly developed by Huawei and Information2, this solution leverages full-stack cloud services (IaaS, DaaS, and MWaaS) to support active-standby disaster recovery deployments for business applications, helping customers achieve near-zero RPO and RTO within minutes. For migration from third-party cloud platforms, it provides professional data conversion tools for efficient, accurate data migration, preventing data loss and safeguarding data assets.
Key Solution 3: Transitioning to Agentic AIOps
As financial institutions manage increasingly complex architectures, high transaction volumes, and strict compliance requirements, intelligent O&M has become essential. Based on best practices and O&M standards in the financial industry, Huawei and leading partners unveiled the Agentic AIOps Appliances solution at the Huawei Intelligent Finance Summit 2026, to accelerate the transition to intelligent O&M from three core dimensions.
1. Full-stack observability breaks data silos, enabling real-time awareness and precise fault location from the infrastructure layer to customer-facing services.
2. Configuration and IT service management (ITSM) process automation significantly improves change agility and certainty through dynamic configuration management databases (CMDB) and closed-loop processes.
3. Intelligent analysis and execution (AIOps) leverages algorithms to enhance root cause analysis and fault self-healing, driving proactive defense and enabling fault location and recovery within minutes.
A prime example is the E2E Observability Appliance Solution jointly developed by Huawei and Netis. The solution integrates Netis business-level monitoring with Huawei iMaster NCE platform and computing infrastructure into a unified O&M framework. Netis identifies issues from a business-wide perspective, while iMaster NCE leverages AI capabilities, including dynamic chain-of-thought analysis, to pinpoint root causes quickly and accurately. By connecting services, applications, networks, and infrastructure into a single operational view, the solution enables fault detection within one minute and fault location within five minutes, addressing one of the most pressing operational challenges faced by CIOs as financial institutions transition from centralized to distributed architectures.

Key Solution 4: Intelligent Security Operations Center
Cyberattacks are becoming increasingly automated, sophisticated, and difficult to detect. Security teams are overwhelmed by massive alerts, slow analysis and response, and late threat detection. Huawei's Security Situational Awareness Solution addresses these challenges through three core components. Tailored to financial industry needs and built on Huawei's own security practices, it helps financial institutions establish a modern security operations model that stays ahead of attackers.
1. HiSec NG-SIEM: This integrated platform enables all-domain data visibility, attack chain correlation, alert noise reduction, automated playbook execution, and operational compliance. Incident response time is reduced to minutes.
2. AI-powered security assistant platform: Deployed on Huawei TaiShan servers, it automatically analyzes log traffic, boosting threat analysis efficiency by seven-fold and significantly reducing labor costs.
3. Global threat intelligence: Powered by Huawei's ecosystem, the platform aggregates hundreds of billions of data records, extracts tens of billions of high-value intelligence items, and generates leading detection rules for threat intelligence, malware prevention, and vulnerability signatures.
This solution eliminates data silos and leverages AI agents to bridge security skill gaps, which comprehensively improves alert analysis, response, and threat detection efficiency, and enables a new level of proactive defense and operational efficiency.

Looking ahead, Huawei remains committed to developing joint solutions with partners, achieving shared success with independent software vendors (ISVs), system integrators (SIs), and customers, supporting financial institutions' digital transformation, and turning resilient data centers from cost centers into value creators.
As the saying goes: "If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together." Moving forward, Huawei will continue to deeply collaborate with our global partners and customers, making our resilient infrastructure the most trusted foundation for global financial institutions navigating the intelligent world.
