Huawei Southern Africa Digital Mining Summit 2022
@ African Mining Indaba

Dear Ms./Mr.

We sincerely invite you to attend the Huawei Southern Africa Digital Mining Summit to be held at CTICC in Cape Town, South Africa, on May 10, 2022. This summit is jointly held with African Mining Indaba, Africa's largest mining exhibition. Huawei will be joining hands with mining elites to share with you the latest mining digital transformation trends and best practices of IoT and AI technologies in the African mining industry.

Africa is rich in mineral resources, and mining is a pivotal industry in most African countries. Under the "dual carbon" goal and the impact of the normalization of the epidemic, the global mining companies have stepped up their efforts to promote digital transformation in the mining industry, and the use of digital methods to optimize processes and maximize the value of existing assets. It also focuses on emerging technologies such as IoT, Big Data, and AI to help miners reduce downtime, improve productivity and security.

As a leading global ICT infrastructure and smart device provider, Huawei adheres to the "platform + AI + ecosystem" strategy and uses next-generation information technologies, such as cloud computing, big data, AI, 5G, and IoT, to enable the construction of the mining industry's Internet and help the mining industry become intelligent. Huawei will also set up a mining booth at CTICC Stand1008, and collaborate with our partners to showcase Huawei scenario solutions, such as smart mining architecture, mining area IoT and Video AI.

We look forward to seeing you there! Let's join hands in open innovation, win-win cooperation, and create new value in the mining industry!
