goals in mind. We share cutting-edge ICT concepts and learning practices, aiming to cultivate local digital talent and bridge the digital divide.

to connect and promote innovation on a large scale. I call on all of you to continue this important work to create value in our digital society paving the path for youth, around the world to have a brighter future.

As a global ICT education programs, exchanges, and competitions, Huawei ICT competition have a unique role to play in connecting people and cementing friendships.

To Henley for such executive leadership programs，I'm very pleased to see that the collaboration with Huawei has
been valuable and brought great benefits to students and to the local and international economy.

We have worked with Huawei for more than 10 years and it has become a mutually beneficial partnership. Together
with Huawei, ITB always ensures that our students gain new insight into the latest technologies developed by Huawei.

In the Huawei ICT competition，Awards are great tool to support the recruitment and retention of women and girls
in information and communication technology fields.

Huawei carried out Women in Tech programs around the world, including scholarships, skills training, and
leadership training. We hope these efforts will encourage more women to join the tech industry. Their talent,
wisdom, and innovative spirit will drive technological advancement.

Your perseverance and innovative spirit are what will help bridge the global digital divide and create a fair and
inclusive future for all.

We have received a lot of entries from contestants of many countries and regions during previous ICT competitions. Many of these entries integrate not only underlying technologies but also Huawei's R&D technologies. Through these entries, we've seen firsthand the limitless imagination and creativity of you, the young generation.
I hope more outstanding entries will become real products in the future.

For the first time in the history of this competition, we have set up the smart road track as part of the industry competition. Our goal is to promote the ICT talent ecosystem in the roadway industry. We hope that students can discuss and bring innovation to roadway scenarios, thus promoting learning, teaching, and industrial development through the competition.

Huawei is trying to build education, industry and public talent ecosystems while improving digital skills across society so that our industry can flourish. As an important part of Huawei's efforts to build an education talent ecosystem, the competition is essential for promoting equitable and high-quality education.

I believe that the innovation and dedication shown by you, the young generation, will help build a better ICT industry and a more wonderful digital world, as well as accelerate digital transformation.

I'm delighted to see that students are able to verify the solutions by comprehensively using Huawei's various products and technologies as well as algorithms. Their excellent presentations during the competition fully demonstrate the soft skills of today's college and university students.

I hope UNESCO and Huawei will work together to improve the digital skills and technological literacy of global talent, promote balanced and equitable development across regions, and bridge digital divides around the world.
