[Paris, France, November 16, 2023] Huawei has held an inaugural launch of HUAWEI eKit, a sub-brand dedicated to SME customers and partners, and released 31 new Commercial market solutions during the 1st European Commercial and Distribution Business Summit at Huawei Connect 2023 in Paris.
During the Summit, Xia Xingchang, Vice President of Huawei European Enterprise BG, welcomed more than 150 customers and partners from over 20 countries. “By now, Huawei Enterprise has provided leading ICT products, solutions, and services for hundreds of thousands of small- and medium-sized enterprises, schools, hospitals, and government agencies in Europe, and has cooperation with more than 5,000 partners,” said Xia. “Huawei's business scale in the European commercial and distribution market is expected to increase by nearly 30% this year. In 2024, we will continue to invest more resources to achieve rapid growth", he added.
Peter Zhang, Vice President of Huawei Enterprise BG Commercial & Distribution Business Dept,presented Huawei’s strategy in the commercial and distribution Market. He said: "In Europe, Huawei has strategically invested in the commercial and distribution markets since 2022, in an effort to accurately and efficiently meet various customers' requirements. Huawei is committed to accelerating the digitization of small- and medium-sized enterprises in the commercial market and exploring the new blue-ocean distribution market."

It is designed to better serve the digital needs of SMEs and DPs by developing distribution products that are easy to buy, sell, install, maintain, learn, and use for various business scenarios. It has developed a wide range of products, including intelligent collaboration, wired and wireless networks, IP + optical access and storage.
Ümit Subas, CEO of Germany’s Gold Distribution Partner Acondistec GmbH, and Olivier Pasquet, Sales Director of French Distributor Axians shared the successful cooperation experience with Huawei in this summit.
During the Summit, Leon Xu, Director of Huawei Enterprise BG Commercial Marketing & Solution Sales Dept, announced 31 new scenario-based solutions and 131 products for seven industries in the European business market, including education, healthcare, retail, and government. In the healthcare industry, for example, the distributed Wi-Fi solution for smart ward zero-roaming enables nurses to make mobile ward rounds without disconnection, improving efficiency by 50%. In the retail industry, the ESL electronic shelf label converged network solution improves management efficiency and reduces deployment costs by 30% compared with traditional solutions.
