Harley-Davidson is the world’s best motorcycle brand. Its goal is that customers will not find two identical Harleys anywhere in the world.
Before digital transformation, Harley-Davidson required 21 days to deliver an order.
After digital transformation, all product lines are now interconnected with each other and all orders are processed online. Harley-Davidson now can assemble a 1,200-part motorcycle in 89 seconds.
A customer can choose the engine and colors, and Harley-Davidson will deliver the customized product in six hours.

We will choose 20 success stories and publish them in ICT Insights and Huawei’s official internal WeChat and Weibo accounts. Enterprises can submit their own stories or recommend stories about other companies. ICT Insights will also collect materials for stories. (Note: If you submit a success story, please obtain external promotion authorization from relevant departments and companies.)
