Terms and Conditions
- 1. Questionnaire period: For survey purposes, the ‘Questionnaire session’ (“Questionnaire”) will run on 29 March 2020 at 16pm – 18pm (GMT +8).
- 2. Eligibility: The Questionnaire is open to all attendees of this Webinar. Employees of Huawei and their family ARE NOT eligible to participate the Questionnaire.
- 3. Creativity Contest(“Contest”): Participants also entitled to a slogan creativity contest by completing the following slogan “Huawei IdeaHub……(less than 20 words)” with your most CREATVE caption in the questionnaire. The slogan shall be in English.
- 4. Visual of the prize for contest: The pictures of the prize shown are solely for illustration purpose and may not be an exact representation of the prize. Prizes shown and/or represented for the running of this Questionnaire shall be subject to availability.
- 5. Non-transferable: Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- 6. Judging criteria: The organizer will select the participants of the Questionnaire based on first come first serve basis and creativity of the slogan. Furthermore, prizes will only be awarded to those who submit the Questionnaire on webinar page.
- 7. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the most creative winners. There will be seven (7) prizes in total, 2 Huawei P40 Phone and 5 Huawei Band 4, one (1) prize will be awarded for each winner.
- 8. Personal Data: The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other attendees of the webinar will be used solely in accordance with local personal data protection laws and/or subsidiary legislation. The winner acknowledged that their name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail identities or any other personal data that is provided may be shared by organizer with others associated with and/or assisting in organizing and administering of this Questionnaire. The organizer will handle the personal data of the winner in accordance with privacy policy.
