Upskill with Huawei and Partners

Together with IMDA and partners, Huawei provides a structured project aims at training infrastructure engineers, key roles in all industries’ digitalization journey. The project opens to both fresh graduate and mid-career professionals. If selected, candidates will go through free-of-charge course training as one of the following four roles and months of on-the-job training at Huawei or our partners with salary.

  • What is CLT? • The Company-Led Training (CLT) program is a structured development program under the TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) initiative that aims to accelerate professional development for fresh and mid-career professionals through on-the-job training that is aligned to the Skills Framework for ICT. Trainee recruited will be placed at host companies to complete a 6 (Mid-Career Professional) / 9 (Fresh Professionals) months training with salary.
  • Who is eligible for this project? • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who are currently not employed, reside in Singapore and have not previously attended any other IMDA’s Company-Led Training.
  • What are the prerequisite to apply? • Roles such as Associate Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, Associate Data Center Engineer and Associate Network Engineers are open to both fresh and mid-career professionals who are trained in related field (at host companies’ discretion).

Roles introduction

    1. The application period for all roles ends before September 30th, 2023. Host companies may hire eligible applicants on a first-come-first-serve basis before the closing date.
    2. All applications are subjected to the company’s review and evaluation. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified by the company directly.
    3. Host companies may close their applications when all the jobs offered by the participating companies have been filled.
    4. The hiring decision is final and the company is not obliged to offer explanation or appeals on their hiring decision.
