Huawei Star Program 2016

Terms & Conditions

• This Program is valid from 1st January 2016 to 31st December 2016. 
• "Active Partner” shall mean partners who are able to generate revenue (≥ USD 5K) during program period.
• “Continuous PO” shall mean partners who place at least 3 POs to Huawei or Huawei Authorized Distributors and generate revenue ≥ USD 200K during program period.
  Only for New Zealand and Papua New Guinea, the revenue ≥ 100K. Splitting PO will not be qualified for the prize. 
• The adoption of Foreign Exchange Rate from USD to local currencies for Non-USD PO shall be defined by Huawei. 
• Program Eligibility
  1. Eligible Partners: VAP, Gold Partner, Silver Partner and Authorized Partner only. 
  2. Eligible Countries: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Papua New Guinea and Fiji.
  3. Eligible PO: The sales revenue should be recognized during the program period and exclude any applicable taxes. For the avoidance of doubt, the final sales revenue calculation of respective Partner(s) shall strictly follow the provision of reporting provided by Huawei. 
• Redemption: All eligible partners are automatically enrolled into this program automatically. Huawei will reward the prizes on a quarterly basis. 
• Any personal income tax payable will be the responsibility of the employees of those organizations taking part in the incentive program. 
• Huawei reserves the rights to revise the Terms and Conditions of this Program without further notice and Huawei's decision is full and final in the event of any dispute.
