Demo Program Objective

Demo Program aims to improve partners' understanding of Huawei's technologies, products, and solutions. Discounted software and hardware are provided to help eligible partners establish their own labs and demo centers and improve their independent sales and service capabilities.

Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum Per DEMO Order: US$500
  • Demo products are for partners' internal use only, they can be used for below scenarios:
    1. Office infrastructure
    2. Establishing laboratory conditions.
    3. Solution demonstrations (PoC)
  • Demo Products can not be resold within one year from the shipment date. Server & Storage Demo products can be resold 6 months after shipment date. Internal use of Demo products does NOT include:
    1. Reselling, remarketing or distribution of relevant products to end-users
    2. Supporting the provision of managed services to customers
    3. Using products to build out the network of an internet service provider
  • Demo program discounts cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions or discounts.
  • DEMO shall not be returned to or replaced by Huawei for any reasons except quality defects due to Huawei.
  • Demo products with quality problems must be handled in accordance with the Dead on Arrival (DOA) process or the Return Material Authorization (RMA) agreement.
  • Huawei is entitled to audit the Partner for validating the presence and appropriate use of equipment and software purchased under this program.
  • Tier 2 partners, HALPs, and SPs must place Purchase Orders (POs) on demo equipment through distributors. They must negotiate with distributors about related expenses incurred, such as customs clearance fees, freights, and taxes.
  • Partner shall not be entitled to any incentive for the purchase of DEMO.
  • Demo equipments come with standard product warranty. Additional maintenance can be purchased separately.
  • HUAWEI reserves the rights to revise the Terms and Conditions of this program without further notice and HUAWEI’s decision is full and final in the event of any dispute.
