Eligible Partners: Value Added Partners, Gold Partners, Silver Partners and Authorized Partners
Eligible Products: Huawei's Enterprise Unit sellable products in South Pacific Region
Eligible Deal: Deal Registration for Non-Named Accounts only
Deal Registration Criteria
- Accuracy and completeness of the deal information, including Customer name, Project name, budget, product and solution, decision maker, project timeline and so on.
- Huawei qualifies the customer and project information are valid.
- Minimum Deal Size is 20,000 USD (GPL).
- The time from deal registration to quotation is not less than 15 days.
- The deal is not being pursued directly by Huawei at the time of registration
- The deal has not been registered by another partner.
- The deal registration information is not publicly available (such as bidding information released by governments or industries).
- The deal is within the scope of authority (authorized regions, authorized products, etc.).
- Deal registration has to be submitted online. Offline or email registration is not accepted.

Program Benefits
Once deal registration is qualified, partner will be entitled to below benefits:
- Financial Advantage: Successful deal registration for Non-Named Account projects entitles to exclusive SPQ or lowest SPQ price support
- Protection: Protects partner presales investments
- Preferential Support: Project Support, technical support, solution support
Validity period for deal registration
- 6 months from the date of deal registration approval
- Upon expiration, partner may request extension once for another 6 months, subject to approval
Denial Criteria
A successful deal registration will be revoked if it meets any of the conditions below:
- The partner agreement is terminated or expired.
- No update on project status for more than 1 month
- Represent Huawei competitor in business dealing with end customer on the project
- Did not participate or did not represent Huawei in project bidding
- Being complained by end customer or end customer provide written notice indicating preference to work with another partner
