Terms & Conditions

• The Program period is from 1st Jan 2016 to 31st Dec 2016.
• The individual should obtain prior consent (refer to Annex) of its Company to enrol into this program. The Company herein shall refer to Huawei Certified Partner (VAP, Gold Partner/ Silver Partner/ Authorized Partner) who is eligible for this program.
• Any personal income tax payable will be the responsibility of the employees of the organization taking part in the incentive program.
• “Elite Points" shall mean scoring points that partners awarded in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Program.
• The individual earn Elite Points for activities happen during program period only. The individual has to claim through Channel_Elite@huawei.com to accumulate Elite Points.
• All Elite Points accumulated in 2016 expire on 31st March 2017.
• Sales revenue generated from Huawei Named Accounts (NA) is not eligible for Elite Points claim. The Sales Revenue should be recognized during program period and exclude any applicable taxes.
• The individual can earn maximum 1000 Elite Points under sales activity in the program period.
• The individual has to associate the career certificate to the partner company in eChannel prior to Career Certification points claim.
• The project manager who has delivered Huawei Major Project (>$0.5M) shall be qualified to claim Service Delivery points. The individual can claim Service Delivery points only if the project has been completed.
• No Elite Points can be claimed under any of the circumstances with respect to:
• Invoice date of any purchase order issued by partners out of the Program period;
• The AR (Accounts Receivable) is not paid up by partners.
• Rewards Redemption can only be done via Huawei Partner App. The individual have to create a Huawei UserID and associate it to the partner company to access the Elite Points in Partner App then redeem the rewards.
• Partner shall guarantee that the information provided to HUAWEI for the purpose of points calculation is accurate and true. In the event that the information provided by Partner is determined as false by HUAWEI, HUAWEI shall reserve the right to exclude the related Partner from this Program immediately and cancellation of all points or rewards granted by HUAWEI previously in accordance with HUAWEI policies at any time.
• HUAWEI reserve the rights to revise the Terms and Conditions of this program without further notice and HUAWEI’s decision is full and final in the event of any dispute.
