The project opens to both fresh graduate and mid-career professionals. If selected, candidates will go through free-of-charge course training as one of the following four roles and months of on-the-job training at Huawei or our partners with salary.

- What is CLT? • The Company-Led Training (CLT) program is a structured development program under the TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) initiative that aims to accelerate professional development for fresh and mid-career professionals through on-the-job training that is aligned to the Skills Framework for ICT. Trainee recruited will be placed at host companies to complete a 6 (Mid-Career Professional) / 9 (Fresh Professionals) months training with salary.
- What are the prerequisite to apply? • Roles such as Associate Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, Associate Data Center Engineer and Associate Network Engineers are open to both fresh and mid-career professionals who are trained in related field (at host companies’ discretion).
- Job Application Closing Date • Application closing date:[30-09-2024 for Mid Career, 30-06-2024 for Fresh Graduate].
- Eligibility Criteria
Trainees eligible for the CLT must minimally be:
• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).
• Able to commit to completing the full training programme.
• Able to meet the hiring requirements of the companies.

• While an applicant may meet the eligibility criteria, all applicants are subjected to the company’s review for suitability with its hiring requirements, and may not be automatically shortlisted for interview.

Associate Cloud Infrastructure EngineerOpen to: Fresh Graduate/Mid Career
Course Training: 8 Weeks
Job Description: Responsible for deploying, designing, building and maintaining IT and Cloud Infrastructure such as servers and storage products in the Cloud data centre environment.
Training Goal: Learn to handle all parts of the IT and cloud infrastructure, potentially specialize on certain product areas such as virtualization engineer, OS administrator or storage and backup engineer.

Associate Data Centre Operation EngineerOpen to: Fresh/Mid Career Professionals
Course Training: 5 Weeks
Job Description: Responsible for data center facilities management, performing maintenance and monitoring of facilities equipment to ensure smooth running of the data center.
Training Goal: Learn and to handle all relevant aspects of facilities management.

Associate Network EngineerOpen to: Fresh/Mid Career Professionals
Course Training: 10 Weeks
Job Description: Responsible for setting up, deploying, maintaining and administration of the Network and Security-related hardware and software of the Cloud Infrastructure, such as switches, routes, firewalls and intrusion detection systems in the Cloud data center environment.
Training Goal: Learn to handle all relevant aspects of network and security together in order to secure the environment.

Infrastructure ArchitectOpen to: Mid Career ONLY
Course Training: 11 Weeks
Job Description: Responsible for designing, implementing and planning the overall infrastructure architecture, adopting and integrating new technologies, working with business to understand requirements and proposing IT solutions aligned to business strategy. Able to complete detailed analysis of infrastructure design and security standards. Oversees the implementation of the solution and ensure progress. Documents all work using required standards, methods and tools.
