As COVID-19 continues to disrupt the world, the learning experience of students, teachers, and school administrators alike — of education as a whole — has been severely impacted on a global scale, with Higher Education facing unprecedented challenges in a moment of profound change. In response, local authorities have increasingly turned to Information and Communications Technology (ICT), to ensure business continuity effectively accelerating the education industry's digital transformation.
