Future: Advancing the Agentic World with Huawei Certification

Ren Lihua, Deputy Director of the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, delivered an insightful presentation. He noted that in 2025, the Center and Huawei jointly launched the ICT Talent Assessment Action Plan, through which more than 9,000 professionals were certified.

Looking ahead, the Center and Huawei will work together in two key areas. First, they will use an authoritative assessment system to drive improvements in talent development quality, continuously incorporating the competency requirements for professionals in foundational ICTs into curriculum standards, training programs, practical training facilities, and other aspects of talent development. Second, they will work to strengthen policy coordination and support for the recognition of assessment results, including in areas such as further education, employment, and career advancement.

He expressed the hope that a more scientific, open, and forward-looking talent assessment system will help lay a stronger foundation for developing professionals with expertise in foundational ICTs.

Frank Pang, President of Huawei's Learning & Certification Services Dept, delivered a keynote speech. He said that, based on the "π-shaped" talent competency model for the intelligent era, Huawei Certification will continue to evolve in three key directions: single-domain intelligence, cross-domain integration, and business-technology integration. This year, Huawei will launch three new HCIE certifications in succession: AI Developer, AI Infrastructure, and AI Networking.

He also invited Ren Lihua, together with representatives from universities and enterprises in Europe, Latin America, and China, to jointly launch the Intelligent Talent Seeding Program 3.0. Through ecosystem collaboration, the program aims to cultivate more digital and intelligent talent and increase the number of Huawei-certified digital and intelligent professionals to 1.6 million by 2030, accelerating digital and intelligent transformation across industries worldwide.
