Solution Introduction

The smart city Intelligent Operation Center(IOC) is the "brain" of the smart city for the decision makers. It’s the system of systems for integration of vertical government applications, aggregation and convergence of government data which breaks down the data silos among government agencies. There are five key functions we planned for IOC.

This solution is a high reliable, scalable, free maintenance and fast deployment cloud services based on Huawei FusionSphere and FusionStage Cloud Architecture.

To provide visualized monitoring, remote dispatching and commanding, and also crossing domain data consolidation.

It is validated with Huawei FusionInsight big data platform, by combining with the professional data analysis model (economy analysis model, security assessment model, traffic analysis model, etc.

To provide efficient decision making support. Through Ray_BDV big data visualization platform together with 3D GIS, VR, AR,etc. to satisfy visualization of urban administration at all levels.

Introduction
The overall architecture is divided into data layer, big data visualization platform layer and application layer. (1) data layer Data layer to acquire data from application module, data sharing and exchange platform and legacy application systems. (2) big data visualization platform layer The massive data of the city including economy, traffic, security, citizen's livelihood, government services and also fundamental data like demography, housing, legal person and other categories of information is processed in IOC. The traditional 2D graph can’t present the city operation indexes and status intuitively, vividly and accurately to the decision makers. A professional big data visualization platform with 3D capabilities to statically and dynamically render the urban operational signs to the government decision makers, industrial users and the public to endow wisdom to the city. The big data visualization platform layer provides strong support to visual presentation. The thematic data of decision analysis, the departmental business data from the data sharing& exchanging platform, and data from other sources are consolidated here. Then the data is rendering by the visualization engine into 2D, 3D graphs with interactive capabilities. The engine supports both macro situation visualization and micro situation visualization, seamlessly switching between macro and micro visualization. It can satisfy the most crucial requirements to visually present the urban operation indexes and status from multi-angles. The engine can also support visually modeling of ground level objects and also underground pipes & lines, the hidden engineering objects of the city. (3) application layer The application layer mainly provides layout design, data configuration and effect configuration for the display of dashboard, and can realize the presentation of data index instrument, visualization of data index, visualization drilling of data index, and linkage analysis of instrument and scene according to the design and related configuration. According to the operation requirements of the intelligent city, the application layer function can be used to carry out the overall situation, the economic situation, the traffic situation, the decision analysis of the economic related topics and the decision analysis of the traffic related topics, which are presented to the relevant decision-makers in the way of instrument and three-dimensional visualization.
