Huawei Enterprise GSC offers 24x7x365 (follow-the-sun) worldwide One-Stop support to customers and partners in over 170 countries. This includes Help Desk, Remote Troubleshooting, Spare Parts Service, Onsite Support, Pre-sales Support, DOA support, Satisfaction Survey, and Customer Complaint handling. The global support platform consists of 3 Global Technical Assistance Centers (TACs) (China GTAC, Romania GTAC, and Mexico GTAC), 3 Regional TACs and 6 Country TACs.
