Huawei is cooperating with VMware, a leading supplier of data center virtualization solutions, in data center network solution development. Huawei’s data center network controller, Agile Controller, interacts with the VMware virtual machine management platform vCenter using open API to collaboratively schedule ICT resources, allowing network policies to be migrated on demand.


Huawei and Microsoft are collaborating in data center network solution development. The Huawei Agile Controller and Windows Cloud OS (Windows Server Microsoft System Center 2012 R2) collaborate to achieve unified management of ICT resources. The joint solution is based on Huawei CloudFabric Data Center and Microsoft cloud platform and shortens the service provisioning time from weeks to minutes.


Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM) is an open-source virtualization solution based on the Linux environment. Huawei CloudFabric Data Center supports KVM-based SDN solutions. Such open, standard solutions are vendor independent and flexible, providing investment protection for enterprises. Using KVM-based SDN solutions, enterprises will be able to deploy cloud services at lower cost.
