In line with this vision, PLN — Indonesia’s state-owned electricity company — has taken a major step forward by establishing a new Network Operation Center (NOC) room designed to enhance monitoring, communication, and real-time decision-making capabilities.

This milestone marks Huawei’s first major collaboration with IdeaPresence 138 in Indonesia, bringing together Huawei’s eKit series of SME-focused solutions and IdeaPresence’s advanced visual display technology. Together, they deliver an integrated command center that redefines operational efficiency and visualization for PLN.

This space represents a key transformation milestone — enabling PLN to monitor operations more effectively, coordinate responses faster, and ensure reliable service delivery across regions. We chose IdeaPresence because it provides 4K ultra-clear visuals with a 0.7mm pixel pitch, making it comfortable for long-term viewing — exactly what we need for 24/7 NOC operations. It also uses cool-running COB technology, which is energy-efficient and cost-effective compared to other video wall solutions. These features bring clarity, comfort, and operational speed to our daily work.
