[Shanghai, China, September 17, 2026] During HUAWEI CONNECT 2026, the Industry O&M Session was held at the Shanghai Expo Center under the theme "Agentic AI Redefining the New O&M Paradigm." Nearly 150 global industry leaders, technical experts, and analysts convened to explore the future of industry O&M. At the event, Huawei released its latest 2026 industry O&M solutions and launched the initiative for developing the O&M Agent Research Report (2026), aiming to accelerate digital and intelligent O&M transformation, foster ecosystem co-construction, and drive high-quality industry development.
AI-driven Paradigm Shift, Unlocking New O&M Value
In the opening speech, Duan Xuepeng, Director of Huawei ICT Assurance & Managed Services Dept, highlighted how AI is rapidly reshaping industries and raising the bar for O&M assurance, and how Huawei is advancing intelligent upgrades across platforms, models, and integrated O&M. By enhancing the MindOps platform with the EDNS domain-specific model, Huawei is shifting O&M from reactive response to proactive prevention. Through collaboration between experts and multiple agents, the new agentic operations paradigm is taking shape, deepening the synergy between O&M and operations support to fully unlock the value of digital and intelligent transformation.
