Introduction

Sales Specialist Certification

The sales specialist certification for channel partners, which is targeted at developing customer relationship and identifying business opportunities, aims to make sure that Huawei partner salespeople understand basic product knowledge and industry applications, and have basic sales skills for daily communication with customers, and explore potential demands of customers.

Pre-sales Specialist Certification

The pre-sales specialist certification for channel partners, which is targeted at introducing and selling single product, aims to make sure that Huawei partner presales staff are able to understand general requirements of customers and typical application scenarios of the products, complete sales bidding and offer support to quotation.

Agenda

There are two training subjects being offered - HCS IP Network (Datacom) training and HCS IT Storage training.

Both these training subjects have two sections - Presales (2 days total) and Sales (1 day). On the registration form you can pick the sessions that you want to attend.
