CampusInsight, a campus network analyzer, uses Telemetry technology to collect client experience metrics in seconds. With CampusInsight, you can view the full-journey of each client on the Wi-Fi network in real time. Once an issue occurs, you can trace and verify the full-journey data of the client to determine where the issue originated.
CampusInsight intelligently analyzes collected data based on big data and AI algorithms to effectively identify four typical types of issues (connectivity, air interface performance, roaming, and device issues) in Wi-Fi network O&M. In addition, CampusInsight can analyze the root causes and provide troubleshooting suggestions for group issues and individual issues. Through proactive O&M, this effectively reduces the complaints of campus network users and reduces network OPEX.
Full-Journey Experience Visualization for Each User in Each Application at Each Moment
At each moment, dynamically capture network KPI data in seconds using the Telemetry technology for fault tracing. For each user, collect data from multiple dimensions, display network profiles of all users in real time, and visualize the network experience (who, when, which AP to connect, experience, and issue) throughout the journey. With each application, view performance of real-time audio and video applications, and demarcate faulty devices quickly and intelligently.
Use big data and AI technologies to automatically identify connectivity, air interface performance, roaming, and device issues, improving the identification rate of potential issues by 85 percent. Learn historical data through machine learning and dynamically generate a baseline. Compare and analyze the baseline with real-time data to predict possible faults.
Intelligently identify fault patterns and impact scopes based on the network O&M expert system and various AI algorithms, helping administrators demarcate faults. Analyze possible fault causes based on the Big Data platform and provide rectification suggestions.
