The Huawei Atlas G530 V5 is a half-width heterogeneous computing node that delivers high-density heterogeneous compute power and supports diverse CPU:GPU configuration ratios. The server uses a fully modular design, with independent CPUs and a heterogeneous unit. The Atlas G530 V5 is the optimized heterogeneous computing platform for AI inference, HPC, intelligent cloud, and database acceleration.
The half-width heterogeneous computing node supports up to 16 half-height, half-length or 4 full-height, full-length heterogeneous accelerator cards.
Support for GPUDirect RDMA and Peer-to-Peer interconnect technologies enables direct memory access for multiple GPU cards.
Flexible Topology Configuration
Flexible configuration supports a range of different CPU/GPU configuration ratios to meet diverse applications.
With decoupled CPU and heterogeneous modules, the CPU and heterogeneous units are supported for Long-Term Evolution (LTE). The Power Supply Units (PSUs), hard drives, and fan modules are also modular to support hot-swap, redundancy backup, and simplify O&M.
