[Medellín, Colombia, August 5, 2026] At the Huawei Network Summit (HNS) 2026 Latin America, Huawei hosted a data center network roundtable themed "Founded on Resilience, Forged by Intelligence." During the event, Huawei unveiled Xinghe AI Fabric 2.0 for the Latin American market. This upgraded solution improves network intelligence, performance, and reliability, enabling enterprises to build ultra-resilient and ultra-efficient data center networks.

"The rapid development of foundation models and agentic AI marks a critical stage in AI transformation," Yoll noted. "Huawei's Xinghe AI Fabric 2.0 uses an AI for Networks (AI4NET) approach to optimize deployment, O&M, and reliability. This creates a more resilient foundation. Furthermore, the solution addresses regional digital-intelligent transformation demands through Networks for AI (NET4AI), driving higher efficiency in AI training and inference. Huawei will continue to partner on joint innovations that support sustainable enterprise growth."

Johnny Cheng, Vice President of the Data Center Network Domain at Huawei’s Data Communication Product Line, delivered the keynote address
"As multimodal models become mainstream, AI is restructuring the underlying architecture of the digital industry," Cheng stated. "Traditional network architectures cannot handle the high concurrency, throughput, and reliability required for modern AI computing. The industry focus has shifted from training foundation models to widespread AI inference applications. Consequently, enterprises now require the ability to launch AI agents quickly and maximize their computing power."
Cheng explained that Xinghe AI Fabric 2.0 uses a three-layer architecture: AI Brain, AI Connectivity, and AI Network Elements. This framework integrates four core capabilities:
• Rock-Solid Architecture 2.0
• StarryWing Digital Map 2.0
• Hyper-Converged Fabric (HCF)
• iFlashboot 2.0
Together, these elements deliver a next-generation computing network foundation optimized for both performance and resilience.

Huawei remains committed to open collaboration and regional ecosystem development. During the session, José Angel Villatoro Pérez, Pre-Sales Director of IP Solutions at Integra (Colombia), shared insights from his company's partnership with Huawei.
"The Xinghe AI Ultra-Resilient Fabric solution eliminates barriers to unified management across multi-vendor devices," Villatoro Pérez noted. "Its drag-and-drop interface enables rapid service provisioning. When paired with Digital Map for real-time network monitoring, this setup reduces the pressure on project delivery and daily O&M."

As digital transformation accelerates, distributed service deployment has become the industry standard. This shift increases IT operational pressure, driving a clear need for AI-powered network O&M. To address this, Carlos Yu, Vice President of NCE Products in Huawei's Data Center Network Domain, conducted an interactive demo of StarryWing Digital Map 2.0. The demo highlighted Huawei’s advantages in intelligent O&M and automated management.
Regional customers and partners concluded the event by discussing the network challenges associated with building and expanding IT services. Attendees endorsed Huawei's approach to resilience, noting that future data center networks must evolve beyond single-site reliability to encompass multi-site global reliability, streamlined O&M, and agile deployment.
