Solution Manager (m/f)

Additionally we offer other benefits.- Perform market analysis and output sales strategy/product roadmap
- Work closely with Account Management and other departments to ensure successful project deliveries
- Analyzing technical demand, product function and related license
- Analyzing market positioning, development and trends of solar inverter
- Providing tailored technical solutions and solution optimizations for new/key customers
- Responsible for internal process by following SOP
- Support project bidding process by preparing BOM/quotation maintain project documentation
- Tracking of purchases and orders
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technologies, Mechanical Engineering or related studies
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in technical sales/solution management in Solar Energy Industry (EPC background preferred)
- Fundamental knowledge of the Solar Inverter technology
- Excellence in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical skills and detail-focused
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused team player
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Demonstrate proactive initiatives and accurate working style
- Business fluent English and German (both verbal and written)
- Able to travel frequently to other branch offices within Europe
