Legal Counsel (m/f)
Our business is growing and we are looking to expand our team in Vienna/Austria. We offer you a professional career in one of the leading multinational telecommunication companies with a competitive compensation starting at € 71.400 annual gross salary, which can be higher depending on your qualifications and relevant experience. Additionally we offer other benefits.- Company sales project support, contract review and negotiation;
- Maintain corporate compliance in employment, corporate governance, cyber security, taxation, etc and provide management improvement;
- Dispute resolution and risk prevention; setting necessary actions to ensure legal compliance due to changes in applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
- New law update and circulation among the management, trainings as requested;
- Liaise, manage external law firms and liaise among internal business departments;
- Business travel to other countries;
- Master Degree or above (having the Austrian Bar would be a big asset);
- Minimum 5 years or above experiences in a multinational company or law firm;
- Familiar with handling company legal affairs and procedures;
- Experience and legal knowledge with focus on contract law, commercial law, Austrian labor law, tax law, data protection, IPR, competition law, cyber security, GDPR etc.;
- Experience in reviewing and preparing Austrian contracts (business contracts, employment contracts);
- C2 level in English and German language;
- Good communication skills;
