Datacom Service Engineer (m/f)

Additionally we offer other benefits.- Responsible for Datacom technical support, including product testing and product delivery;
- Understanding customer requirements and identify their possible long-term needs;
- Offer tailored solutions based on customers’ requirements and needs;
- Preparing and evaluating Project Delivery Solutions;
- Experience in Project Management;
- Offer trainings to partner for Capability Improvement;
- Deliver Datacom professional Customer Service;
- At least 3 years of experiences in ICT Industry;
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP principles and familiar with network protocols such as BGP/MPLS/OSPF/MPLS;
- Deep understanding and experience in product delivery or maintenance service: Router, switches, WLAN, firewall;
- Experience in technical services for solutions: Campus Networks, Wide Area Networks, and Data Center Networks;
- Certification holders of HCIP, CCNP, ATP, DCS, JNCIP or NRS II are preferred;
- Good presentation skills with an outgoing personality;
- Good communication skill as team player;
- Fluent in English and German language;
