IT Product Manager (m/f)

Our business is growing and we are looking to expand our Austrian team with an IT Product Manager (m/f).     Your Mission

    • Develop projects with Key Account Managers and present them to the customers’;
    • Maintain good relationships with technicians from the End Customer/ Partner side;
    • Develop and recommend technical solutions and commercial strategies, based on the customers’ analyses;
    • Sales support including meeting customers and doing Solution Design;
    • Participate in RFx responses, tenders, presentations, consultations and commercial proposals by providing product information, value argumentation, bill of materials and tender solution designs;
    • Initiate product improvements based on market needs and competitive environment;
    • Analyze short/medium/long-term customer needs;
    • Market research, Benchmark and creating customer surveys on products;

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent industry related experience;
    • Knowledge of at least one of the operation systems: Windows, Linux or Unix;
    • Strong knowledge of Storage/Backup, Servers/Blades, Data Center Infrastructure and Cloud Technology;
    • Min. 3 years of IT working experience in storage;
    • Demonstrate excellent sales skills, including organizational, communication and presentation skills;
    • Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently;
    • Fluent German and English language is a must, knowledge of another language is an advantage;
    • Love to work in multicultural working environment;
