[Bali, Indonesia, August 13, 2026] At the Huawei Network Summit 2026 Asia Pacific(HNS 2026),Huawei launched the Xinghe Intelligent WAN Solution. The solution leverages four core capabilities—awareness, convergence, security, and intelligence—to provide highly reliable and secure intelligent network infrastructure as well as to accelerate digital and intelligent transformation across all industries in the AI era.

Lenny Liu, Vice President of Router Domain, Huawei Data Communication Product Line, noted in the opening speech that Huawei's commitment to technological innovation extends beyond providing faster network connections—it also meets the new industry demands in the AI era for deterministic experience, intrinsic security, and automated O&M. The Xinghe Intelligent WAN Solution delivers on this commitment, empowering global industry customers, including Internet Service Provider (ISPs), governments, and customers in the power and transportation industries, to provide highly reliable and secure intelligent network solutions.

Dong Jie, co-chair of IETF LSVR WG, introduced IPv6 Enhanced 3.0 protocol innovation and standards progress in the AI era. He noted that IPv6 Enhanced 3.0, centered on application and computing power awareness, provides high throughput and deterministic SLA assurance for intelligent computing services while enhancing network security and resilience. IPv6 Enhanced 3.0 inherits the scalability of IPv6 and integrates intelligent load balancing and fine-grained traffic control mechanisms to address uneven load distribution, congestion, and packet loss issues in intelligent computing services, supporting RDMA (lossless long-distance transmission technology). Additionally, it strengthens data integrity through built-in TPUs, effectively defending against Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs).

Lintasarta, an Indonesian communications service provider, serves more than 2,300 customers across strategic industries throughout Indonesia. Nana Rusdiana, VP Head of TAC Core Network at Lintasarta, said that Lintasarta is evolving its IP network to meet growing bandwidth demands and build a more intelligent, agile, and future-ready network. As part of this journey, Lintasarta works with technology partners, including Huawei, to enhance network capacity, automation, and operational efficiency, with its network evolving from 100GE toward 400GE and, ultimately, 800GE. Lintasarta is also exploring next-generation technologies and automation capabilities to improve network visibility, simplify operations, and support the continued evolution of its IP network.

Herry Kurniawan, CTO of Huawei Indonesia Enterprise Data Communication, introduced four core benefits of the Xinghe Intelligent WAN Solution: leveraging AI to identify service traffic, ensure network experience for key services, and help ISPs increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) by 20%; addressing quantum computing threats with quantum-resistant cryptography to ensure zero data leakage; integrating router functions to enable service convergence, reducing Total Cost of Operation (TCO) by 40%; and utilizing NCE Digital Map and network agents to achieve fault diagnosis within minutes. The Xinghe Intelligent WAN solution builds IP network infrastructure by providing four capabilities—awareness, convergence, security, and intelligence—to facilitate digital and intelligent transformation across different industries.
