Huawei Ignites Digital Transformation in Central Asia with the Commercial Roadshows in Kazakhstan

Huawei recently held its Commercial Roadshow in Kazakhstan to drive digital transformation across Central Asia. The roadshow, which began on May 20th, 2024, in Almaty, traversed five key cities (Almaty, Shymkent, Atyrau, Aktobe, and Astana). It convened a powerful group of 265 industry experts, including government officials and business leaders from diverse industries, to collaboratively develop robust digital infrastructure and innovative solutions to address regional challenges.

During the event Huawei showcased its cutting-edge technologies in communication, storage, cloud computing, AI, and IoT. Jason Yang, Director of Commercial Business for Huawei Enterprise in the Middle East and Central Asia, emphasized the company's long-standing partnership with both public and private sectors in Kazakhstan. He also announced the launch of new service and digital platforms designed to empower partners. These platforms aim to streamline business operations, optimize logistics, and provide access to valuable marketing and educational resources.

Participants explored Huawei's digital solutions tailored to address specific customer and partner needs, with a focus on empowering small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to transform in phases.

Further highlighting partner empowerment, Huawei service expert Adilet Kairlapin unveiled a new commercial market service strategy. This strategy focuses on actively supporting partners and clients throughout their development journey. Kairlapin also presented successful case studies demonstrating the effectiveness of Huawei solutions across various industries.

Huawei showcased advanced solutions specifically designed for regional governments. Islambek Baratjanov, network solution expert, Huawei EBG Kazakhstan, presented scenario-based solutions for lightweight government data centers. These solutions facilitate digital modernization by offering local manageability, improved operational efficiency by 100%, and integrated data centers with built-in intelligent O&M platforms for faster troubleshooting.

Looking towards the future of communication, Huawei network solutions expert Sergey Aksenov presented next-generation Wi-Fi 7 solutions, promising significant advancements in wireless communication with high speeds, reliability, and robust security for businesses. This technology is particularly relevant for businesses where network performance directly impacts productivity and competitiveness.

The event's final leg in Astana was opened by Qu Lei, General Director of the Government and Corporate Business Department of Huawei. In his speech, Qu Lei highlighted Huawei's successful cooperation with Kazakhstan and expressed confidence in further strengthening the partnership. He emphasized Huawei's commitment to Kazakhstan and the region, aiming to build an accessible digital world and achieve sustainable development through technological advancements.

Company representatives also presented a detailed support plan for partners, including comprehensive solutions and services to help companies implement advanced technologies, optimize processes, and improve customer service quality. Specialized tools like Co-Care and the eIBMS partnership system further contribute to project success and market competitiveness. Together, these solutions help minimize costs and maximize performance, ensuring long-term reliability and stability. Special attention was paid to innovations in education and healthcare, with Huawei introducing advanced platforms for interactive learning and improved educational quality, alongside AI and IoT-powered solutions for better diagnosis, data management, and service availability in healthcare.

The roadshow doesn't stop in Kazakhstan. The momentum continues for digital transformation in Central Asia as the next Commercial Roadshow arrives in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on June 12th, 2024.
