Huawei ME&CA 2025 Enterprise Partners Technology Contest

The Huawei ME&CA 2025 Enterprise Partners Technology Contest (“Contest”) is organized by Huawei Tech (UAE) FZ-LLC. (“Huawei”), with registered address of Huawei Building, Al Falak Street, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Please read the following terms and conditions ("T&Cs") carefully. Participants agree that, by participating in this Contest will be bound by these T&Cs and acknowledge that meet all the competition eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

ELIGIBILITY:

• • Participants should be Huawei Register Partner and a legal resident of United Arab Emirates (UAE), Yemen, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Georgia, Mongolia and Azerbaijan; Participants should have an address within the territory of the above countries
• • Huawei employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/media agencies are not eligible to enter this Contest.

HOW TO JOIN:

• • Any Huawei authorized partner (Distributor, VAP, GP, Tier-2 Partner) Sales & Pre-Sales Representative/Team/Member is eligible to participate in the Contest.
• • Every participant needs to register using their official email address by using the provided link.
• • Every participant can only choose 1 Domain and 1 Path only. (e.g. Storage, Pre-sales, Post-sales).

The Contest will be divided into 2 rounds: Round 1: Take the Quiz (20 questions, 2 attempts), Round 2: Final presentation & Interview.

• • Successful contestants who pass current round will receive email confirmation to move to the next round.

WINNER SELECTION: 

27 winners (9 winners for Datacom/Networking, 9 winners for Storage, 9 winners for Optical Networking domain) will be selected by Huawei, amongst all participants of the Contest.

THE PRIZE:

Trophy for all 27 Contest winners, Certificates for all 27 Contest winners, 1,000 USD or equivalent gift card, and return trip from contestant’s work location to Huawei BU Carnival and Partner Summit 2025 (Flight Ticket & Hotel included for winners only)

WINNER NOTIFICATION:
• The final winners and prize will be notified via email. The winner must accept their prize by responding to confirm eligibility, accepting these terms and conditions, and providing their full contact details, within 72 hours of receiving the notification (by registered email). In the event that a winner does not respond within 72 hours, confirming eligibility and accepting these terms and conditions, his/her prize will be forfeited.

• • Prizes are subject to availability and Huawei reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Huawei’s control make it necessary to do so.
• • Compensation of the prizes in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are not permitted.
• • The winner will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the prize.
• •  Huawei does not accept any responsibility if participants are not able to take the prize.
• • The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• • Huawei is not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to participants or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest.
• • Huawei reserves the right for final interpretation for the Contest and the right to change without announcement. We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change the T&Cs or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest or submission of entries. The decision made by the Huawei Team will be considered as final.

MISCELLANEOUS

The Contest is governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. The Contest and all accompanying materials are © by Huawei, or its affiliates. All rights reserved. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. Participation in the Contest constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official T&Cs (as modified from time to time in this regard) and participants agree that all our decisions related to the Contest are final and binding on participants. Winning a prize is being contingent and compliant with these official rules and requirements set forth herein. Failure by us to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. The decision of Huawei shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are subject to United Arab Emirates laws and the competent courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.

FORCE MAJEURE

This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Huawei ("Force Majeure Event"). Huawei shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

By participating in the Contest, participants give Huawei and/ or their affiliates fully permission to use the name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow. Participant agree that Huawei and/ or their affiliates have the right to publish participants saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. Participants agree that Huawei and/ or their affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. Participants acknowledge that will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release Huawei and/ or their affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. Participants give the consent to Huawei and/ or their affiliates, agents and assigns to use the name and likeness to promote the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow.

LIABILITY RELEASE

This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, Participants will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Huawei and/or any of their affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Huawei and their services/products. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, direct, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) and misuse of the benefits/ Prizes offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not Huawei have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
