TERMS AND CONDITIONS — AWARDS "HCSA-Sales Certificate" Learning Campaign 

The following Terms and Conditions (“Conditions”) are the basis on which you can participate in the dynamics that will be established in the website, ("Website"), designed, operated, and maintained by Huawei Enterprise United Arab Emirates, ("hereinafter referred to as Us / Our / Us / Huawei”). By participating, you explicitly indicate that you accept these Conditions, agree to abide by them, and are applicable from the moment you participate in this learning.

We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time, without prior notice, publishing the changes online and for valid reasons. You are responsible for reviewing the information posted online to be informed promptly of any changes.

What are the conditions to participate?

1. 1- To participate, you must finish at least one domain learning task (IP Network/Storage), and attend and follow the regulations established within this learning. If you were one of the lucky winners, we will contact you through the contact information provided when you share the task finished screenshot. 
2. 2- By participating in this event, you agree that Huawei may use the content you post on LinkedIn, as well as photos and videos of you attending Huawei award ceremonies, summits, and other related activities.
   

What are the prizes and quantity?

Top 3 Winners

1. 1- Electronic products: Huawei Watch or Headphones
2. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable. The prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
   

When can I claim my prize?

Our organizing team will contact the prize winners within 30 days after the result is officially released. The shipping fee will be covered by Huawei if any.

Additional Information

1. The prize winner is solely responsible for any damages, losses, taxes, fees, and all other costs associated with accepting and using the prize.

2. Any questions, comments, and complaints about this activity can be directed to uae.channel@huawei.com

3. Participants must be 18 or older to claim the prize.

4. Huawei Enterprise and Group Huawei employees and their immediate families, advertising agencies, Creative and Public Relations Huawei, the Learning Campaign organizer, its employees, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this learning. This offer is void where prohibited.

5. The selection and publication of the winner is final and at the sole discretion of Huawei Enterprise United Arab Emirates.

6. Huawei Enterprise United Arab Emirates reserves the right at any time to modify the Terms and Conditions of this learning or to cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any of the parties.  Any cancellation or amendment to the terms and conditions of this Learning Campaign will be published on the Website. Huawei Enterprise United Arab Emirates is not responsible for any issues arising about, or related to, the learning campaign, despite everything contained in this document.

7. Participants declare that their data will be treated in accordance with Huawei's Privacy Notice by participating in this learning campaign.

This Learning Campaign is exclusively applicable or valid to countries that are allowed to participate in this type of dynamic based on their regulations.
