Huawei and Honeywell cooperate in the smart city, smart energy, and industrial Internet fields and jointly, actively expand business in many areas, such as the Greater China Group, Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East, and Central Asia. Tridium, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Honeywell, cooperates with Huawei to jointly develop solutions in the smart building field. The solutions establish connection between devices and systems in the buildings and achieve real-time information sharing.   • GROUPE BPCE

    Groupe BPCE is France’s second largest bank with more than 8,200 branches serving nearly 40 million customers. It was ranked 155th on the Fortune 2016 Global 500. Thanks to its more robust performance and service processing capabilities, Huawei’s Agile Campus Solution helped Groupe BPCE build high-speed networks in more than 8,000 branches, enabling unified network management, rapid service provisioning, and smooth business operations.

Accenture and Huawei focus on the finance industry and jointly develop the Finance Big Data Solution based on the Huawei Big Data platform. Accenture experts will introduce the solution in CeBIT.

Energy

  • State Grid Corporation of China

    State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) is the largest electric utility company in the world, and was ranked second according to the 2016 Fortune Global 500 ranking. It provides power supply services for 1.1 billion customers. SGCC deployed Huawei’s integrated videoconferencing system, which uses the industry-leading Multipoint Control Unit (MCU) cloud resource pool technology to enable hierarchical management and intensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M). In addition, SGCC also performed in-depth cooperation with Huawei in several major projects, such as SG-ERP for enterprise IT systems and D5000 deployment for production dispatching systems. At CeBIT, Huawei will launch a wireless electric private network solution with State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company. Huawei will present the successful applications of the solution in automated data collection, remote metering, operations inspection, marketing, and infrastructure. This solution will set up a new benchmark in wireless electric private networks worldwide.

    SAP is ranked 462 on the Fortune 500 list and a world-leading enterprise management software solution provider. Huawei established the global strategic cooperation partnership with SAP in 2012. Huawei and SAP deepen cooperation by integrating advantageous strengths. Based on Huawei high-performance, reliable ICT infrastructures and SAP innovative HANA in-memory computing platform, Huawei and SAP help leading companies represented by Fortune 500 companies reshape the business operational model. This helps enterprises manage service data in a flexible, economical, efficient, real-time manner and improves enterprises' real-time business operating capabilities, achieving digital transformation. Huawei and SAP help SINOPEC, ranked 4 on the Fortune 500 list, establish the biggest EDW HANA cluster system that significantly improves the database loading performances. The data uploading time is reduced from 4 hours to 30 minutes, and the processing speed increases by 4 to 6 times. This comprehensively improves SINOPEC's efficiency in many business fields, such as the sales report, financial analysis statement, and enterprise operational decision-making.

  • ABB

    ABB is ranked 286 on the Fortune 500 list, and is the leader in the electricity and automation technology fields. Huawei and ABB jointly develop the Oil and Gas Communications and SCADA Converged Solution. The solution is widely used in oil-gas field development and production and oil and gas pipeline transportation. The administrators of oil and gas pipelines can monitor operational statuses of pipelines thousands of kilometers from the field in real time. The administrators can collect network operating data in a real time and obtain operational status of pipelines, preventing fault occurrence. This greatly reduces OAM risks and reliably guarantees safe, stable, and efficient operations of transmission pipelines, truly achieving digital management of energy arteries.

Transportation

  • Deutsche Bahn

    Deutsche Bahn (DB) is a German railway company, and was ranked 203rd on the Fortune 2016 Global 500. It operates the most leading, comprehensive railway network in the world. Its Global System for Mobile Communications – Railway (GSM-R) network has been in use for more than ten years. As railway communications networks are developing in directions of convergence, broadband, and innovation, the legacy network could not meet future business development needs. To address the customer’s challenge, Huawei worked with Siemens CVC to build a new GSM-R solution which can smoothly evolve to Long-Term Evolution (LTE). This project covers 12,000 kilometers of railways in the north of Germany, about 40% of the country’s total railway mileage, signifying the world’s largest GSM-R network reform.

  • Deutsche Post DHL

    Deutsche Post is a world-leading mail and logistics company, and was ranked 108th on the Fortune 2016 Global 500. On February 14, 2017, Huawei signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Deutsche Post DHL in Shenzhen. Under this agreement, the two parties use industrial IoT hardware and infrastructure to provide customers with a lineup of supply chain solutions. Huawei and DHL will cooperate in innovative projects and use IoT technology based on cellular networks to connect a large number of geographically dispersed devices with the lowest power consumption. This technology provides critical data and visibility for warehouse operations, freight transportation, and last-mile delivery, and improves network connectivity, enabling converged logistics value chains.

  • ABB

    The reliable industrial wireless network is an important part in automated, digital, intelligent transformation in the industrial field. Huawei has the strong wireless R&D capability and technical innovation capability, and ABB has technical strengths in the industrial robot and automated manufacturing fields. Huawei and ABB are dedicated to applying Huawei LTE-based OneAir products and technology to ABB's robot and industrial automation solutions. This can achieve robots' remote wireless monitoring management, configurations, O&M, Big Data applications, and virtualized intelligent production, improving enterprise production efficiency. The solution can propel upgrades of enterprises' industrial manufacturing and achieve full connection in the field of Industry 4.0.

  • GENERAL ELECTRIC

    GE is ranked 26 on the Fortune 500 list and the largest company providing diversified services in the world. In 2016, Huawei established a strategic cooperation partnership with GE. Huawei and GE jointly accelerate development of innovative applications in the industrial IoT and support digital transformation of industrial customers. Huawei and GE will conduct joint innovation based on GE Predix, an innovative industrial IoT application platform, and Huawei leading ICT and basic architectures, such as IoT gateways, network controllers, connection management platforms, and Big Data computing platforms. Huawei and GE will jointly develop, promote, and deliver new solutions featuring industrial digitalization and automation, accelerating deployment and promotion of cloud-based industrial digital applications.

Telecom Operator

  • Deutsche Telekom

    Deutsche Telekom is the largest telecommunications company in Europe and fifth largest in the world. It was ranked 90th on the Fortune 2016 Global 500. Huawei helped Deutsche Telekom build Open Telekom Cloud on Huawei’s OpenStack-based cloud computing platform FusionSphere. The open cloud provides dozens of standard public cloud services, scenario-based cloud service solutions, and telecom-grade network, security, and data protection capabilities. The open cloud has served a wide range of institutions and enterprises, including the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), “Spiral Galaxy” Science Cloud, Deutsche Telekom GIP, Octopus Cloud AG, European Parking System (EPS), and EMUI.

  • Sony

    Sony is ranked 113 on the Fortune 500 list and is the leader in many fields worldwide, such as music, movies, games, communication products, and information technology fields. The development of 4K HD technology propels technical revolution of the whole industrial chain. IP-based construction of many scenarios, such as television studio, OB-VAN, and control consoles, gradually becomes the trend. IP-based construction can effectively reduce SDI cables in the TV stations and improve program signal transmission quality, achieving the flexible business expansion and upgrade. IP-based SDI construction is the industrial hot spot. In the next five years, 61% customers worldwide will conduct IP-based construction of SDI signal transmission. In CeBIT 2017, Sony and Huawei will jointly release the IP Live joint solution for the media industry. The solution is based on the IP switching system solutions in the SDN architecture, replacing the traditional SDI matrix system. This can reduce 75% SDI cables and 60% O&M costs, simplifying system complexity and supporting the smooth business expansion and upgrade.
