Structure of Channel Partners

Enterprise BG Channel Structure

Tier1 Partner: Distributor and Value Added Partner (VAP). Distributors include Global Distributors (GDs), Regional Distributors (RDs), and Local Distributors. Global Distributors and Regional Distributors are distributors that run business in multiple countries.

Global Partners (GPs) and Regional Partners (RPs) work with Huawei in multiple countries and regions.

Tier 2 Partner: Gold Partner, Silver Partner, and Authorized Partner

Partner Roles

Distributors

  • Act as major partners of Huawei's Enterprise BG in regional markets
  • Promise to accomplish business targets for related products, including distribution targets
  • Recruit, manage and support Tier 2 Partners

VAPs

  • Act as major partners of Huawei's Enterprise BG in regional markets
  • Promise to attain business targets for related industries and customers of Huawei's Enterprise BG
  • Develop industry customer relationship platforms and provide support for Huawei's products to industry users

Gold and Silver Partners

  • Act as major partners of Huawei's Enterprise BG in regional markets
  • Promise to accomplish business targets for related industries and customers of Huawei's Enterprise BG
  • Develop industry customer relationship platforms and provide support for Huawei's products to industry users

Authorized Partners

Serve as junior-level sales partners that have passed Huawei's certification

. *Note: According to the Channel Partner Registration Process for Enterprise Business, only partners that have registered successfully can be certified as Tier 1 or Tier 2 Partners. Partners must have registered with Huawei before they are eligible to get discounted prices for Huawei products, solutions, and services.

Registered Partners:

Partners must register before directly placing orders with Huawei. Registration is a prerequisite for channel partners to obtain special prices for Huawei's products, solutions, and services. Channel partners can apply to become certified channel partners only after they complete registration.

Certified Service Partner (CSP):

Huawei provides CSP certification to help appraise the service capabilities of channel partners. CSP certification measures channel partners' service qualifications and provides the basis for channel service management and incentive policies.
