OptiX OSN 9800

Flexible, large-capacity 10/40/100 GE Optical Switching and Networking (OSN) platform for building high-performance backbone and Metropolitan Area Networks. Total capacity up to 25.6 Tbit/s per fully configured system, scalable to over 100 Tbit/s with clustering. 400 GE per-slot capacity supports 100 GE transmission rates with ample capacity for long-haul transmission needs.

Integrated optical and electrical layer Automatically Switched Optical Network (ASON) support, Optical Transport Network (OTN), packet, and Generalized MPLS features are combined with energy-efficient electronics and advanced, dynamic cooling features to reduce OpEx costs.
