SynLock BITS Timing Systems

Huawei carrier-class Building Integrated Timing Supply (BITS) systems meet SynLock V3 and T6020 (V6) requirements. They support synchronous Ethernet (Sync-E), plus traditional (E1, 2 MHz) physical layer synchronization.

Huawei’s SynLock BITS Timing Systems provide high-accuracy time and frequency synchronization for large-scale enterprise networks and service providers

  • Time and frequency synchronization for mobile networks: Outputs high-precision time synchronization signals PTP/1588v2 and 1PPS + TOD at the nanosecond (ns) level, and transmits time signals to LTE-A, LTE-TDD, TD-SCDMA, and CDMA NodeBs through carrier networks
  • Frequency synchronization for fixed networks: Provides frequency synchronization signals at a precision of 10-12. These signals include 2,048 kbit/s, 2,048 kHz, 1 MHz, 5 MHz, and 10 MHz, for devices on fixed networks
  • Support Network Time Protocol (NTP): Time synchronization for billing, Network Management Systems (NMS), and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) systems
